Thank you for your RMA request

Your RMA request is registered in our RMA system. Our Quality department will process your RMA request within 1 working day. You can then view the status of your RMA request 24/7 in your My APG environment. For this you need to log in with your personal login details.

The progress of your RMA request in 5 steps

  1. Confirm your RMA request
    Your RMA request will be included in our RMA system. Our quality department will process the RMA request within 1 working day. As soon as the RMA request is processed, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your RMA request from one of our quality staff. From that moment on you can view the status of your RMA request 24/7 in your My APG environment.
  2. Register your RMA request
    Your RMA request will be reviewed, validated and registered as an RMA request.
  3. Approve for return
    If approved, we will send you an RMA label and RMA return instruction by e-mail. The RMA number remains valid for 60 days. If your return shipment is not received within that period, the RMA number will expire.
  4. Sending an RMA
    After you have received an RMA label, you can send the items to APG Europe. The RMA label must be clearly visible on the outside of at least one package of the shipment. The return address is on the RMA label and in the RMA return instruction. Shipments without mention of the RMA label and / or shipments without MSDQ reference will be refused by APG Europe. The sender is responsible for proper packaging of the shipment, so that transport damage is prevented. The sending is at the expense of the sender. Transport damage or loss of return shipments is at the risk and expense of the sender. Shipments on behalf of APG Europe will be refused.
  5. Receipt confirmation and handling of the RMA
    After receiving and accepting the RMA shipment you will receive an email within one business day with a receipt confirmation with an expected lead time. The quality department handles the RMA and keeps you informed of RMA processing.
