The progress of handling your complaint in 5 steps
- Confirmation of your complaint
Your complaint will be included in our complaint handling reporting system. Our quality department will handle the complaint within 1 working day. As soon as the complaint is processed you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint from one of our quality employees. From that moment you can view the status of your complaint report 24/7 in your My APG environment. - Registration of your complaint
Your complaint will be reviewed, validated and registered as a complaint. - Investigation of your complaint
The complaint and the cause of your complaint will be investigated by our quality officer. During the investigation you will be kept informed of all new developments via an e-mail message. The complete file of your complaint report can be found in your My APG environment. - Resolving your complaint
Your complaint has been definitively investigated and the possible cause has been identified. To resolve your complaint, one or more solutions are personally presented to you and discussed with you. In consultation, one or more solutions are definitively opted for and we can work towards closing your complaint report. - Closing of your complaint
We would like to thank you for submitting your complaint report. Your experience with regard to the handling of your complaint report and any comments and comments will be mapped, after which the file of your complaint report can be closed.
